Stephanie is 25 years old!

Stephanie was born the "third child" with the biggest blue eyes!  Her parents were 26 years old and had just celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary a few days earlier.  She arrived at 10:50 a.m. and Dr. Rogers barely made it there to catch her.

At birth she had long beautiful fingers and toes.
Daddy holding his precious new daughter.

While her momma cooked Stephanie stayed in her baby carrier on top of our portable dishwasher out of Jennifer and Peter's reach.  She was a very content baby!

Stephanie has a cast to correct the curvature of her little foot. Every two weeks I took her to Lake Charles, LA to get a new cast applied.  She wore a cast for about three months.

She was our "water baby".  She loved taking a bath, putting her head under the faucet and she loved going to the pool.  As she got older we found out that she still liked water...just not water that was really deep or might have fish in it!

She was nearly always in a dress and blue was her color!
She was busy feeding her baby doll while wearing her yellow sunglasses.  She also had red sunglasses that she would wear with her red pajamas.

Then she got a real baby to feed...John!
She was such a wonderful little helper in the home!
Our "messy child" making mud pies and having the best time!

I don't remember what happened on her fourth birthday but Stephanie looks embarrassed about something and Jennifer is enjoying the moment!

Stephanie was perched on our backyard bench because we had just gotten our first puppy, Ruthie, and she was still scared that the puppy might bite her.  If you look closely you will see our little beagle in the grass behind Stephanie.
Our "barefoot child" enjoying the stream at a Delaware park.
Our " cooking child" in the kitchen with Grandma Randall.
One spring Stephanie cared for a bunny then did a school project on rabbits and brought it to school.  Ruthie just wanted to eat the bunny.  Did we give the rabbit away?  Does anyone remember what happened to rabbit?  Stephanie loved our animal pets!

Stephanie preferred to cook but was willing to try anything...even mowing!
Stephanie exploring Pecan Creek.

Laurie and Stephanie...friends since they were 11 years old.

Stephanie is Sixteen.
She and Peter were dressed up for prom.

Going somewhere...that girl likes to go places!

Everyone says we look alike.

Stephanie and John on the Staten Island Ferry.
Hopping over rocks at Ohiopyle Park.
She's a girl of adventure!
Having some fun with Josiah!
Stephanie and Patrick's first meal together at our house on Thanksgiving Day.
Stephanie and Amanda get their Bachelor of Science of Nursing degree from Oklahoma Baptist University.
Stephanie amazes us with her abilities, interests, hobbies, gardens, and tastes.
Now she's our "Oklahoma" girl.

Happy Birthday Sweet Stephanie!
Love,
Mom and Dad

Stephanie, you were such a cute little girl!! I still can't get over how big and blue your eyes were. I mean, they still are, but when you were little, WOW! I love all of the pictures are your descriptions, Mom! My favorites are: the one of her feeding her baby while wearing her yellow glasses and the one of her mowing with those hideous boots on while wearing a dress!! That one had me laughing so hard!! HAHA!

And the one of her as a toddler in the bathtub reminds me SOO much of Paul. He is the exact same way in the bathtub.

Stephanie- I am SO glad you are my sister. You are pretty special. :)
