My Birthday

Those birthdays come, go and come again!
I was born 8 pounds, 6 ounces with lots of red curly hair.

My sister, Renee, was 7 yrs. old and my brother, Rodney, was 5 in this picture.
My Daddy and I when I was two.
I remember standing up in the front seat when we drove to town.
One of those family photo moments when you don't know which camera to look at.
Every year we went to Perry's land run celebration in September.
Showing off the tie dye t-shirt I made.
I earned colored beads by doing various things in the Camp Fire Book and then I sewed them on my vest.

One month before Jennifer was born the ladies from our church gave me a baby shower. There are four ladies you kids might remember (L-Brenda Lee, Linda Bournias (John's 2nd grade teacher's sister), Carla Small and Liz Morris).
Do you see the hospital wrist band?  I just came home from the hospital with Stephanie.   Peter is so cute...he's delighted to see Stephanie's little feet. (The big brother is already bothering the little sister!)
My sweetheart, husband and birthday buddy!

This gift of family all started when Mark and I met in college Sunday school when the leaders broke the large group into birthday month groups.  We discovered that our birthdays were a day apart...oh what a wonderful life!

"All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."
Psalm 139:16
